Information you provide
When you continue to MosoEcom’s ClickUp-hosted request form, ClickUp processes the contact, company, website, service, market, goal, challenge, delivery context, consent, and message information you choose to submit and makes the resulting request available to MosoEcom. If you use the email fallback, your email provider and MosoEcom process the information in that message. When you join the newsletter, we collect your email address and signup source.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to requests, evaluate service fit, deliver requested communications, maintain intake records, prevent abuse, and improve the website experience. CTA attribution may be added to the Form URL to identify the originating service or website page; passwords and confidential account credentials should never be included.
Analytics and technical data
The website may collect basic usage and technical information through configured analytics services, including page views, device type, and referral information. This information supports performance and experience improvements.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or to satisfy legal obligations. Personal information is not sold. Service providers, including website hosting, ClickUp for request intake, email providers, and analytics services, may process limited information needed to provide their services.
