On this level, we try to understand how your customers interact with different pages, and we also deploy a poll on the most important pages to understand what they need or expect. This is an important step towards improving conversions.

A hypothesis is an idea that needs to be tested and proofed before deployment. We can do a 50 – 50 testing for different pages to understand how each variation affects conversions. Variations can be based on copy or landing page.

Once we find a hypothesis winner, we fully adopt the design or copy on that specified page. Sometimes the hypothesis is not a winner, we drop it and move on to test another hypothesis until we find the right combination for your potential customers.
